Until now, the mindset of the most conscious companies has made their facilities as “accessible” and “easily-cleanable” as possible, following good praxis such as rounded surfaces, inclined to certain degree or even avoiding corners, aiming to remove any possible dirtiness accumulation point.

Is it solved? Clearly not, there are holes inside every structure, frame or pillar of any facility. These spaces may have been hermetic originally, but due to wear, friction, or any extraordinary event such as drilling for adding an accessory, they lose that characteristic, and this hermeticism is not checked ever again.

WHEN THESE EVENTS TAKE PLACE, EVERY COMPANY FACES A GREAT CONTAMINATION RISK, AND USUALLY THEY AREN NOT EVEN CONSCIOUS ABOUT IT.

With SAFE we go even further, not only guaranteeing the hermeticism of the frames, but also endowing them of a higher pressure than outside of the framework, neglecting any pathogen entrance. The frames pressure is constantly monitored, so if the pressure drops below the assigned levels it is added to a not editable electronic register. In that case, it would be mandatory to follow the SAFE protocol, which means that the leak must be found and repaired, so that the pressure conditions inside a pressurised SAFE frame are recovered.

SAFE is a stamp which gives authorization to the manufacturers to use this technology, which is protected by patent.
